Philosophy

Our philosophy is to offer our clients that same unique relationship that exists between an in-house agency and its company management.

Strong partnerships are fostered by the common goals of such arrangements. We know that our success is directly tied to your success. We believe no one knows your business better than you. There's plenty of room for consultants and advisors, but if you're not the one making the major decisions and directing the company strategy, then your business may be headed in the wrong direction.

Marketing strategy and objectives must be established before advertising can be effectively planned. So we will listen to you carefully before giving you our recommendations, all in the spirit of partnership guided by common sense. Only through clear communications can we understand your expectations, and you ours.


John Meddaugh, President

Role: Oversees business development, client strategies, and account coordination while forming strong partnerships, where your goals become our goals and our success is directly tied to yours.

Bio: Founded the agency in 1989 securing Vermont Castings as its first client. Extensive experience in the design of newspaper and magazine display ads, direct mail campaigns, catalog and brochure layout, print collateral, corporate identity, signage, advertising copywriting and media placement. Former Marketing and Sales Manager of Consolidated Dutchwest. Responsible for sales, marketing and catalog development programs for mail order, dealer and company store distribution channels, including all newspaper, radio, and TV advertising in support of company stores. Increased revenue from $4,000,000 to $22,000,000 in four years.

Other areas of responsibility included site selection, lease and purchase negotiations for retail stores, store and catalog merchandising, new product administration, home shows, public relations, pricing, research, and telephone systems. Developed in-house video capability used for training, point-of-purchase videos, and direct response TV.

Prior was AVP/Marketing for Financial Publishing Company in Boston, MA. Administrator of product managers for all company divisions, including technical publications, credit insurance, personal computer software, financial advertising specialties, and contract printing. Established and managed marketing department and in-house agency. Designed direct mail data base system. Registered Representative for Bache & Co. brokerage firm in Brookline, MA.

B.A. Physics, Hobart College. Attended the Boston University MBA program.

Deborah Meddaugh, Treasurer, Designer, Web Mistress

Debi Role: Accounts receivable and payable, creative, IT and research. Communication is the most important aspect of getting to know you and your business, and to be able to offer you an advertising plan designed to successfully meet or exceed your goals.

Bio: B.S. Mathematics, University of Massachusetts. Various art and design, programming and accounting courses. Responsible for the financial workings of the company. Over 15 years experience in the design of display ads, brochures, catalogs and collateral material. Web site design, scripting and promotion since 1992.

Prior consumer finance analyst for Financial Publishing Co. in Boston. Programmed and designed mortgage, bond and consumer finance rate charts, tables and books for banks and insurance companies.
