Adam Waitkunas, President and Founder
Adam Waitkunas is a public relations professional with extensive experience in media relations, marketing strategy, business development and strategic partnerships. Under his direction, Milldam has helped technology clients across the country secure articles in publications such as The Wall Street Journal, The New York Times, CFO Magazine, Data Center Knowledge, Green Tech Media, The Boston Business Journal, The Silicon Valley Business Journal and The Web Host Industry Review. Additionally, he has helped clients establish strategic business partnerships to bolster sales and marketing activities. Prior to founding Milldam Public Relations in 2005, Adam was the manager of Doug Stevenson’s 14th Middlesex District State Representative campaign, which set a record for fundraising for a challenger in a Massachusetts State Representative race. Before managing the Stevenson campaign, Adam was employed by Rasky Baerlein Strategic Communications, a Boston-based public relations firm. Adam received his degree in Political Science with a minor in Communications from Westfield State University. Over the years, Adam has been actively involved with numerous community organizations. This includes acting as a board member for the Concord Conservatory of Music, a community music school for students of all ages, and as a member of the planning committee of the Boston FIRST Regional Robotics Competition, a program designed to encourage students to pursue science and engineering degrees and careers.
Brendon Stellman, Associate Vice President, Director of Client Relations
Brendon Stellman brings a long history in nonprofit communications, grant writing, and event planning to MilldamPR. Prior to joining the company, Brendon was a fundraising professional for more than a decade at several Boston-based nonprofit organizations. Most recently, he was the Director of Development at one of the city’s oldest human service charities, Family Aid Boston. In his role as Director of Client Relations, Brendon assists Milldam’s customers in multiple facets of their Public Relations efforts: developing and managing content, performing outreach for trade shows and other professional events, research into new public relations opportunities, and reporting on campaign outcomes. He graduated with honors from Westfield State University with a degree in political science.
Caroline Haley, Manager of Client Relations
Caroline Haley is a public relations professional with experience in customer relations, marketing, and social media. In her role at MilldamPR, Caroline assists clients with product and news placement in the media, supports content development for email marketing, social media platforms, and case studies, and works with Milldam’s management team to plan, implement, and facilitate client events. Caroline also directs Milldam’s Outreach Division, developing campaigns to either grow event attendance or secure sales leads. Prior to joining Milldam, Caroline worked with ELLE Magazine and CambridgeEditors. She received her Bachelor’s in English from Hope College and anticipates a 2016 Master’s degree from Western Michigan University.
Cathy Lunn, Manager of Outreach for Events and Business Development
Cathy Lunn is a Senior Marketing Specialist and Public Relations Associate with previous experience as a production editor and manager. Cathy has also had experience in customer relations and marketing outreach. In her role at Milldam Public Relations, Cathy works with Milldam’s customers in multiple facets of their Public Relations efforts: performing outreach for trade shows and other professional events, as well as lead generation and business development campaigns. Cathy brings over thirty years of marketing, outreach, and client relations experience to her position at Milldam. Prior to joining MilldamPR, Cathy worked with Bluestone Energy Services as Senior Marketing Lead Developer, Homes and Land Magazine as a Production Editor and Client Relations Manager, and Financial Engineering News Magazine also as a Production Editor and Client Relations Manager.
